1. RETURNS
You have a period of 30 days after receipt to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.
2. REFUNDS
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
In case of a cancellation request for an order already placed, a processing fee of €10 will apply.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged product at: info@nubbies.com
